ChatGPT is a double edged sword ⚔️

I've noticed that I use ChatGPT EVERYDAY! I mean even on weekends. I use it for everything! Both major and minor tasks, highly technical and non technical tasks. Sometimes I try to remember how i was getting by before 2022. Sometimes I try to stay away but i fear spending much time on tasks that could be done even quicker. I'm concerned about the long term impact of this. I am planning on starting an active no-GPT DAY at least twice a week to measure how things go. Anyone else in sa
