Researcher Questions: Did an AI Agent Actually Hire a Human to Bypass CAPTCHAs? Or Was That a Hallucination?

Perhaps I'm hallucinating as I said and contrary to what the mods might think this isn't a low effort question, I'm actively researching instances where the agent has tried to go rogue and I seem to remember reading about this particular case a year or so ago.
