Hyatt deploys ChatGPT Enterprise across its global workforce, using GPT-5.4 and Codex to improve productivity, operations, and guest experiences.
Salesforce has launched a completely redesigned Slackbot that transforms Slack from a simple notification tool into a powerful AI agent capable of searching enterprise data, drafting documents, and taking action on behalf of employees. The new Slackbot, powered by Anthropic's Claude and available now to Business+ and Enterprise+ customers, represents Salesforce's most aggressive push into the "agentic AI" space—where AI agents work alongside humans to complete complex tasks. In internal testing with 80,000 employees, two-thirds tried the new Slackbot with 80% continuing to use it regularly and reporting 2-20 hours saved per week. The launch positions Slackbot as a "super agent" hub that could eventually coordinate with other AI agents across an organization, directly challenging Microsoft's Copilot and Google's Gemini integrations. Slackbot is included at no additional cost for eligible customers, though some enterprises may face higher costs through Salesforce's broader data strategy changes. The rollout begins today with full availability by end of February, signaling Salesforce's bet that the future of enterprise work is conversational AI embedded in tools workers already use daily.
